Nel 2005 Monica e Andrea decidono di aprire la Cremeria Vecchia Stalla a Zola Predosa, dando vita ad un progetto decisamente ambizioso: quello di realizzare un gelato artigianale di alta qualità, unendo creatività e amore.
Un cuore gelato.
Questo è l’unico posto in cui “cuore gelato” non ha un significato freddo, negativo. Perché, Monica e Andrea nel gelato ci mettono il cuore, un cuore pulsante che aveva bisogno di spazio, ma soprattutto un cuore consapevole di rendere felici le persone. Il gelato rende felici, non ci sono dubbi! Basta guardare i sorrisi della loro clientela.
Così, nel 2016 aprono un secondo punto vendita in Via Toscana e nel 2018 in Via Santo Stefano, gestiti insieme ai loro due figli. Un amore così grande non poteva non essere “contagioso”.
Oltre all’amore, la creatività e la passione, i loro ingredienti vengono scelti con cura tra i migliori, in modo da riuscire a riprodurre fedelmente i sapori e le emozioni che vogliono comunicare attraverso i sapori.
